Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in and support of my work. Each piece is created and handled with great care. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.

Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints

(Non-commissioned work)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once the returned work has been received and inspected, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for works that are damaged due to inadequate packaging or handling during return shipment.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned works are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of commissions, all sales are final once the commission has been confirmed and work has begun.

If a commissioned artwork arrives damaged in transit:

  • You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage.

  • I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (where feasible), or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please include:

  • Photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • The shipping label

I will liaise with the shipping provider and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped.

Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
