Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your support and interest in original artwork by Gabriella Street. Each piece is created with great care and intention. Please read the policy below to understand the terms around returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Original Artwork & Prints (Non-Commissioned Work)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for artworks that arrive damaged due to poor packaging during return shipment.
Commissioned Work
Custom commissions are non-refundable and may not be returned.
Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of commissioned pieces, I am unable to offer returns unless the item arrives damaged in transit. In such cases:
You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage and packaging.
I will work with you to find a resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if feasible), or partial refund, depending on the nature of the damage.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Please provide photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.
I will liaise with the shipping provider and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.
